Quick Reference Cards specific to SD60 

K-9 Learning Updates / Summary of Learning (formerly Report Cards)

K-9 courses use the Provincial Proficiency Scale – EMG (Emerging), DEV (Developing), PRF (Proficient), EXT (Extending). Do not use numbers in K-9 in the term or final mark columns.

10-12 Learning Updates / Summary of Learning (formerly Report Cards)

10-12 courses use a percentage score that connects to a letter grade. Enter integer numbers in the term or final mark columns only.

A new comment bank has been created that schools can adopt that is aligned with the provincial proficiency scale. See Communicating Student Learning – Reporting document for staff for more information.

In the Staff View > Student Top Tab > teachers can select students if needed then Options > Show Selected if needing to narrow down the list of students for the following quick report.

After narrowing the list

1. Reports
2. Quick Report
3. Saved Report
4. User info for Computers and Learn60
5. Modify the following screens only if needed, teachers could generally hit Finish.

The report will have a page for each student with their usual name, student number, grade, homeroom teacher, and learn60 email account. The listed email account is their learn60 email. Their username for windows would be the handle of that email account.
